Yoga instructor lauds oxygen therapy

Ladies who enjoy yoga may want to invest in pure oxygen to complement it, as one expert has claimed combining the two can bring wonderful results.

Kassandra Murray, a yoga instructor, told the Canadian Press that breathing oxygen-enriched air is the perfect accompaniment to the meditative practices and heal the body in much the same way.

"Coupling yoga while on oxygen simultaneously benefits the source of life for every cell in the body. Oxygen heals our wounds, kills germs and bacteria and ensures the strength and vitality of all living tissues," she said.

Ms Murray told the newspaper that she used pure oxygen for recovery after exercising and is a firm believer in its benefits.

According to The Potential Ergogenic Effects of Training While Breathing Oxygen Enriched Air study by Carl Lanore, carried out on behalf of Super Human Radio, oxygen-enriched air is particularly effective for those who take part in aerobic training.
