Use oxygen therapy to combat stress

People should use oxygen therapy to combat stress before it leads to physical conditions, a newspaper has claimed.
Michele Haney, a trained psychologist and co-author of three books on stress management, told the Brush News Tribune that stress causes reactions in the body, including hypertension, headaches, chronic fatigue, insomnia, rashes, viruses, trembling and strokes.
People can use oxygen therapy to help combat stress, as the expert said that those under pressure tend to take short, shallow breaths, meaning not a lot of oxygen gets to the brain.
"People are our biggest support systems in terms of stress, but I think they cause more stress than anything else," she told the source.
James Peterson, from heart-health.us.com, wrote on Articlesbase.com that people who have a lot of stress should use oxygen therapy to keep themselves fit and healthy. It added that hectic lifestyles can lead to an oxygen deficiency.
