Tiger Woods 'using oxygen therapy for golf injuries'

Oxygen therapy is to be used by golfing star Tiger Woods to help him recover from injuries sustained while participating in the sport.

The athlete reportedly plans to build a new home with a number of sports-related features, including a specially-designed oxygen therapy room, Showbiz Spy reports.

Woods will use the facility to speed up recovery times for his golfing aches and sores to ensure he can return to action in peak condition and on a quicker time-scale.

A source told the National Enquirer: "[Woods] says he's going to use this room in his new mansion for healing and therapeutic effects."

As well as the oxygen equipment, the property is to include a practice golf course, a children's swimming pool, lap, dive and reflection pools and a water fountain.

It recently emerged a number of female celebrities, such as Madonna and Jennifer Lopez, are turning to oxygen facials to keep their skin looking younger.
