Tiger Woods installing oxygen therapy room

Tiger Woods is looking to build an oxygen therapy room in his mansion.

The superstar, who has endured a mixed time since he returned to the golf course after a self-imposed exile, may be looking to use home oxygen to help him recover after playing in tournaments.

In order to complete the refurbishing scheme he has planned for the place, which also includes the creation of a tennis court, he has taken out a €54 million (£36 million) mortgage.

And Woods, who is currently the world number one in golf, may be looking to buy oxygen in the future in order to take full advantage of the room he is having fitted.

The golfer has struggled with injury over the last few years and he has undergone a number of knee operations.

By purchasing oxygen equipment, he may be trying to ensure that he can avoid a reaper of these problems.
