Stress to be relieved through oxygen equipment?

People hoping to relieve the symptoms of stress might want to consider using oxygen equipment to help fight the disorder.

Fitness expert Tony Gallagher, part of the Daily Telegraph's Life Coach panel, noted in the newspaper that getting oxygen to the brain can be one step in overcoming the ailment.

The specialist was asked what techniques can best aid a person suffering from stress and he advised the process of deep-breathing is perhaps most beneficial.

Mr Gallagher observed of the method: "It helps provide sufficient oxygen to your brain and as you concentrate on the process you will be taking the focus away from the cause of your stress."

Yoga and even self-hypnosis were other practices earmarked by the instructor that could be adopted to help battle the problem.

Scientists from the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney recently discovered oxygen therapy may be used to help ease the pain for people who suffer from migraines or cluster headaches.
