Oxygen therapy to aid child with sleep apnoea?

Oxygen therapy may be used by parents of a young child who is affected by sleep apnoea in order to improve his quality of life.
The Lloyd family - parents Michelle and Tom and toddler William - are preparing to celebrate their second Christmas together even though the youngster has neurological condition Dandy-Walker syndrome, reports This is Wiltshire.
Speaking to the news provider, Michelle explained they were told by doctors he would not make it to three-months old, but he will be two in April.
"The doctors said he would never have any quality of life but he copes really well, he is a happy boy, he never cries and he does understand things," she said.
Among the health issues William is affected by is sleep apnoea, which leads to him waking up up to hundreds of times a night.
Mrs Marianne Davey, director of the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association, recently recommended those who are affected by sleep apnoea consume less red meat.
