Oxygen therapy on offer at Hong Kong airport

The largest commercial lounge in Hong Kong International Airport offers oxygen therapy to help combat tiredness in travellers.

In the Travelers Lounge there is an in-lounge spa which offers treatments, massages and manicure services, in addition to oxygen therapy.

The oxygen treatment is designed to give tired travellers a boost and rejuvenate them for their next flight.

A number of other treatments are offered to "pamper tired and stressed-out executives who are rushing to catch a flight straight from work" the airport said, including a private resting shower suite.

Also in the Galleria area, which is designed for relaxing, are wide sofas with extra leg room, a wine bar and a 24-hours a la carte menu.

Oxygen therapy has also recently been introduced at the California Sun Tanning Salon, reported the Orion. Lori Greitzer, owner and manager of the outlet, said that oxygen therapy can help people's physical and mental wellbeing.
