Oxygen therapy 'is great for those with stressful lives'

Those who have a lot of stress in their lives should try oxygen therapy to help them stay fit and healthy, it has been claimed.
James Peterson, from heart-health.us.com, wrote on Articlesbase.com that there are a number of options open to those who live life at a hundred miles an hour and breathing oxygen-enriched air is one of them.
As well as boosting one's health, the writer highlights the fact that pure oxygen can help reduce the pain of hangovers and is increasingly being used in the fields of cosmetology and medicine.
'In today's hectic lifestyle, people often suffer from [a] deficiency [of] oxygen. Due to bad nutrition, smoking and stress, our body does not get enough oxygen that is required for proper functioning of the body,' Mr Peterson wrote.
He added that there are a number of oxygen bars available in major cities where people can sit, relax and breathe oxygen-enriched air.
Maria Gousseva, writing for Pravda.ru, echoed Mr Peterson's claims, stating that oxygen therapy is an ideal solution to hangovers and can also help improve one's skin.
