Oxygen therapy 'has helped hundreds of MS sufferers'

Oxygen therapy provided at a facility in Gloucester has helped hundreds of people suffering from multiple sclerosis (MS), it has been suggested.
According to This is Gloucestershire, the MS Therapy Centre has bettered the lives of countless people for the last 25 years - who have had to deal with the fatigue associated with the condition on a daily basis.
Bernard Cragg, a founder member of the faculty, said oxygen therapy gives patients a much-needed boost.
"People can come along and read a book or listen to the radio while they're in the chamber," he explained.
Marion Hirlehey, manager of the centre, described it as a positive and happy place.
The venue is kept open thanks to the contributions of volunteers and well-wishers who attempt to generate £40,000 a year.
Dr Rashmi Gulati, medical director of Patients Medical in the US, recently cited oxygen therapy as a possible treatment for Lyme disease.
