Oxygen therapy can help poor ventilation in gyms

Poor ventilation in gyms, pollution and stress can all lead to it being hard to get enough oxygen when exercising, meaning oxygen therapy can be used.
CNET News said that many factors can lead to needing oxygen therapy while exercising, boosting the length of time people can work out for.
"More oxygen lets you run farther, work longer, and even lose weight," the website added.
Oxygen therapy works by boosting oxygen supply and increasing the metabolic engine leading to more fat and calories being burnt. The treatment can also be used in sports where people tend to hold their breath at certain points, such as rock climbers when tackling a big leap.
Yoga instructor Kassandra Murray said that oxygen therapy can also work well alongside meditating, to bring wonderful results.
"Oxygen heals our wounds, kills germs and bacteria and ensures the strength and vitality of all living tissues," she told Canadian Press, adding that combining it with yoga can benefit every cell in the body.
