Oxygen therapy 'can help people stay healthy'

Those who live stressful and hectic lifestyles could benefit from breathing oxygen-enriched air, it has been suggested.

According to the Free Daily Text blog, smoking, poor diets and stress often lead to the body not receiving the optimum level of oxygen needed for proper functioning, which is where oxygen therapy can help.

By taking a few gulps from a portable oxygen canister, people can boost their physical wellbeing, while it can also help to alleviate the effects of a night's heavy drinking.

"It can help you to stay healthy, young and fights hangovers. Oxygen therapy is a new fashionable trend in cosmetology and medicine. In today's hectic lifestyle, people often suffer from deficiency in oxygen," the blog adds.

The source went on to say that oxygen-enriched air can be enjoyed at various oxygen bars.

Chuck Jaymes, an indoor air quality professional who regularly reviews oxygen tanks and cylinders for OscarAir, recently claimed that those who suffer from headaches, shortness of breath and regular bouts of nausea could all benefit from breathing oxygen from a can.
