Oxygen news: Rihanna's workout revealed

International pop star Rihanna is often praised for her svelte figure and the exercise regime she follows could be achievable even for those with less glamorous lifestyles.

Speaking to People magazine, The Revolution's Harley Pasternak, who created the programme the singer uses, said the artist trains three days a week when she is on tour and five days when she is in one location.

It may seem like a lot, but it only takes 25 minutes of activity in each session to keep the Barbadian beauty in shape, although she increases the time she spends on some of her exercises when she is not on the road.

Cycling, star jumps and stationary jogging are all part of the celebrity's routine, which may be easy workouts for others to follow too.

"She looks amazing," Mr Pasternak said of Rihanna. "She keeps getting better and better!"

Those hoping to have a go at Rihanna's workouts may find portable oxygen is helpful to stay energised and recover after they have completed each session.
