Oxygen facials 'a pre-red carpet staple in Hollywood'
Undergoing an oxygen facial before a big red carpet event is a pre-requisite for many Hollywood stars, it has been suggested.
An LA cosmetic therapist recently told the Telegraph that the oxygen treatments - which involve a mixture of oxygen and antioxidants being pumped directly into the skin cells – are popular with a whole host of celebrities in the US.
Well-known 72-year-old actress Jane Fonda is a particular fan of the treatment in order to keep her skin looking youthful, the therapist revealed.
But it is not just older stars who are opting for oxygen treatments to keep their skin looking good. She went on to add that Paris Hilton has an oxygen facial at least once a week, while politician Sarah Palin is also "addicted" to the beauty treatment.
According to Elle magazine, Sienna Miller and Madonna are also big fans and swear by having an oxygen facial prior to any big Hollywood event.
