Oxygen equipment used to help struggling boxer

Boxing ringside trainers may wish to
buy oxygen to help fighters who suffer severe blows, following the example of one competitor.
Oxygen equipment was used to rejuvenate Enzo Maccarinelli after the 30-year-old was knocked out by the unbeaten Alexander Frenkel in their bout for the European cruiserweight title.
The Welshman was on the floor for five minutes and was administered the substance after being caught by a left hook in the seventh round.
Speaking about his future in the sport, Maccarinelli observed: "Maybe I'll have another crack at it, but I'll have to speak to my wife."
He added he is disappointed with the outcome but maintained he has enjoyed a good career that he is proud of.
Oxygen equipment was recently used to help improve the condition of Manchester United winger Antonio Valencia after the player suffered a serious injury during a Champions League clash with Scottish champions Rangers.
