Oxygen bars to offer hangover cure?

People looking to alleviate the torture of a hangover may want to buy oxygen in an attempt to do so.

Reporting for the Worthington Daily Globe, Thressa Johnson looked into the benefits of oxygen bars.

One such venue has made an appearance at the WE Fest, a country music gathering in Minnesota, US, she noted.

And when the journalist visited the establishment, she enquired about the use of oxygen in helping them suffering from a heavy night.

One festivalgoer, pointing at the oxygen bar, replied: "No hangovers - that's the only way to go."

Ms Johnson added the attraction witnessed a steady stream of patrons throughout the event - possibly in search of a hangover remedy, or simple aromatherapy and rejuvenation.

Wisegeek.com recently claimed oxygen bars are becoming an increasingly common sight in various locations, including lounges and within recreational businesses.

They are also to be found as part of regular bars or as an entity within themselves, the website stated.
