Oxygen bars 'found in many locations'
The sight of an oxygen bar is becoming more frequent and the venues are to be found in many different locations, it has been suggested.
According to wisegeek.com, many of the establishments are found in spas, as a supplement to other services at such facilities.
The website noted, however, oxygen bars are becoming increasingly widespread in other aspects of life, such as in lounges and within recreational businesses.
It added they are now often found either within a regular bar or as an entity themselves, while portable oxygen is also being bought as a product itself.
The treatment aims to make users feel at once energised yet peaceful, while some bars offer oxygen mixed with various scents to provide a more aromatherapeutic experience.
Squidoo.com recently claimed oxygen bars might provide an ideal respite for office employees who would like to relieve the stresses and strains of daily work and rejuvenate their bodies.
