Oxygen bar 'to help re-energise' marathon runners

Participants in an upcoming endurance race will be able to rejuvenate their bodies with oxygen equipment, it has been suggested.
Those taking part in the Pink Series half marathon at Park City in Utah are to be treated to an oxygen bar at the end of the contest, abc4.com reports.
The event is being held in support of breast cancer awareness and is a female-only race that includes a range of beauty and relaxation therapies once the competition has ended.
According to the website, runners will be "pampered at the finish line festivities with great food, an oxygen bar and more".
As well as these experiences, the women involved will be given a range of goodies, including chocolate, beauty products, boutique coupons and kitchenware.
In a recent article for Scotland on Sunday, Anne Kapranos observed the V528 club in Croatia boasts its own oxygen bar and offers revellers the chance to recharge their batteries before returning to the dance floor.
