Oxygen bar to add to male pampering experience?
A male pedicure may now include a visit to an oxygen bar as one clinic has added the equipment to its practice.
London's Marylebone-based foot clinic, Margaret Dabbs, is using an oxygen bar as part of its treatment that has seen an upsurge in male clientele in recent months, WCJB.co.uk reports.
The source said pedicures have now shot to the forefront in medical podiatry as a means of proper foot care and the Dabbs clinic has seen a rise in male visitor numbers of 30 per cent since 2005.
And it appears oxygen treatment may be playing a vital role in the technique as it is included in an hour of pampering on offer at the centre.
It was recently suggested oxygen bars could become a staple feature of hair and beauty salons after Beauty in the Bar - a venue in the US - claimed many of its customers found the oxygen feature an intriguing idea.
