NFL star 'glad of oxygen equipment benefits'

A National Football League (NFL) player has spoken of the benefits oxygen equipment has brought to his comeback from injury.
Nate Burleson of the Detroit Lions bought a personal oxygen chamber on the advice of his teammates and the star is pleased he made the purchase, freep.com reports.
The treatment has helped speed up the player's recovery from a sprained ankle after using the oxygen equipment for two to three hours a day.
He likened the apparatus to a huge bubble and observed: "You lay in it - just relax, get on the Internet, do your homework, whatever it is."
Burleson regularly utilised the chamber even before his injury as he sought to build up his endurance and heal from any knocks felt during training and matches.
Percy Harvin of the Minnesota Vikings recently revealed he has been using portable oxygen at night after doctors diagnosed him with sleep apnoea.
