Could portable oxygen help London workers retain a clear head this Christmas?
Portable oxygen is a good way to revitalise after overdoing it during the party season, which could make it the ideal product for many people this Christmas who are worried about retaining a clear head at work.
A new poll conducted by LondonlovesBusiness revealed over two-thirds of professionals in the the capital city will turn up to their jobs hungover during the festive period.
Furthermore, 17 per cent of the 500 middle managers asked predicted they will be feeling ill on at least three days of the working week due to overindulging in alcohol and 39 per cent admitted their boozing could affect their ability to conduct their duties.
Those who are worried they will overdo it at a time when they may be invited to many celebrations could consider using portable oxygen to help their recovery the morning after.
Additionally, it may also be possible for workers to reduce the likelihood of having one drink too many by using the product to cope while under pressure, as an expert said being under strain could be why so many professionals are suffering frequent hangovers.
"It's no secret that stressed-at-work professionals turn to alcohol to help relieve their stress," editor of LondonlovesBusiness Sophie Hobson said.
Caroline Goyder, confidence and performance coach and author of The Star Qualities:How to Sparkle With Confidence in All Aspects of Your Life, warned workers not to act inappropriately at work parties, as making the wrong impression could affect a career for decades, which may be a good reason for personnel to watch what they drink.
