Could complimentary therapies help portable oxygen users?

Portable oxygen may be of great use to people at this time of the year, as the refreshing enriched air could help revitalise those feeling the January blues, but this is not all individuals can do to lift their mood.
Andrea Steinlechner, acupuncturist at harleystreetacupuncture.co.uk, noted that many individuals feel under strain during the New Year.
"You have the buzz of what's going on [before Christmas] - big parties going on, shopping and then suddenly, there's nothing - it's just dark," she explained.
However, techniques like acupuncture, complimentary therapies and massage can "help your low not be too low" so individuals feel they can cope with it, the specialist continued.
This may be particularly useful for those using portable oxygen as part of a New Year's resolution to get fitter and healthier.
She stated that many individuals need something to help guide them toward fulfilling their promises because some give up at the planning stage.
Specialist massage therapist Steve Finnemore recently recommended Reiki and Gentle Touch Reflexology for people who want to reduce their stress levels.
