Complement oxygen boosting workouts with yoga

Raising those oxygen levels through a cardio workout is vital for managing weight and staying fit.
Still, you can complement your running or cycling regime with a spot of yoga to improve flexibility, which could help fend off injury.
Fitness guru Laura Williams recommends indulging in yoga during your downtime as it creates a still atmosphere.
She said: "I would recommend it for improving flexibility and as an add-on to other forms of exercises.
"If you do cardiovascular exercise like jogging, brisk walking or skipping, or push ups in your living room, [you can have it as an add-on]."
However, the expert added that she would not suggest it as a sole means to getting in shape.
To boost overall fitness, Ms Williams advised incorporating smaller exercises into your daily routine.
For instance, conducting squats while brushing your teeth is a great way to challenge your legs, while you can also raise your heart rate by doing errands that involve running up and down the stairs.
"If you do that three or four times a week it really will make a huge difference, even by summer," Ms Williams said.
