Almost pure oxygen 'boasts many health benefits'
A Canadian businessman is hoping to introduce the people of Barrie, Ontario, to the many positive effects breathing oxygen-enriched air has.
Randy Micallef, owner of Cloud Nine Oxygen Bar, wrote on the bar's blog that the venue will bring something fresh and new to the city and believes that locals will soon embrace oxygen therapy.
He stated that there are numerous health benefits to breathing oxygen-enriched air and added that patrons will enjoy both its calming effects and the ambience of the bar itself.
"This has lots of health benefits, but we find it's best for headaches, allergies and boosting your energy. Generally, you start feeling the positive effects in seven to ten minutes," Mr Micallef said.
Barbara Parish, a nurse at the Beyond Light Medi-Spa in Greenwood, Indianapolis, told Doublechaser.com that regulars at the facility are so happy with the hangover healing effects of oxygen-enriched air that they ask the owners to open on Sunday so they can recover from Saturday night's partying.
