New inhaler cap for OXYfit pure oxygen cans

Designers at Newpharm SA the manufacturer of OXYfit pure oxygen in a can have found a way to make breathing from the can much easier.

Until now the design meant that the user had to press the inhaler cap evenly against the can to open the valve and release the oxygen. This meant pressing the can against the inhaler cap and also against the face. Although customers had given positive feedback on the OXYfit design, the manufacturers were keen to continually improve the product and its everyday use.

An alternative was to take the can in both hands, place both thumbs on the rim of the inhaler cap and having lifted it to cover the mouth and nose to press down on the can. More pleasant and effective but the use of both hands was still one step away from perfection.

Now, the new design shows the inhaler cap with a small lever. Once the cap is clipped to the top of the aerosol, this can now be held in one hand and with one finger the lever can be pressed to release the oxygen. Overall this design is more practical, particularly when one wishes to take a few breaths and has only one hand free.

For instance, cyclist no longer have to stop. They can now ride on in much the way they do when they take a drink. Also runners can take a few breath of energy boosting oxygen while running.

Breathing oxygen during exercise helps to increase performance and speeds recovery afterwards. The new inhaler cap makes OXYfit pure oxygen more user-friendly than ever.
