Twenty three year-old Triathlete Daniel Sims competed in the World Championships in Australia September 2009 and as part of his training he used OXYfit's canned oxygen to help his recovery times and give him an energy boost.
"I use OXYfit in between swimming, biking and running and it prepares me incredibly well for exercise, especially in the mornings. It's also great after my intensive training sessions to improve my recovery times. The portable canisters are really useful for top-ups between multiple workouts and I would recommend a programme of oxygen therapy to any sportsperson, amateur or professional."
"Before I started using canned oxygen the intensive programme would leave me completely fatigued, but now I can carry on doing everything I normally would afterwards."
"Normally, after my intensive training sessions I would have to sleep during the day to recover, but this isn't the case now I'm breathing oxygen. I am now able to complete another training session in the evening!"
Daniel has a BSc in Sports and Coaching and has just completed his Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning. He hopes to become professional in the next two years and is currently pursuing further sponsorship to fund his coaching and full-time training for 2010.
